НАПРЯМИ ТА ЗАСОБИ СТИМУЛЮВАННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті обгрунтовано необхідність формування та розвитку соціальної відповідальності підприємництва в Україні. Виділено перешкоди розвитку соціальної відповідальності, які одночасно чинять негативний вплив на результати господарської діяльності підприємств. Вивчено досвід окремих країн щодо стимулювання соціальної відповідальності підприємництва. Ідентифіковано передумови, що визначають рівень соціальної відповідальності підприємницького сектору в державі. Охарактеризовано внутрішні та зовнішні аспекти економічного зростання підприємництва в Україні, темпи яких визначаються соціальною відповідністю. Сформовано напрями стимулювання соціальної відповідальності підприємницької діяльності в Україні (розвиток персоналу, соціальна захищеність, матеріально-грошове забезпечення працівників, продуктивність та ефективність праці, стабільність кадрів, забезпеченість та структура персоналу) і відповідно до кожного запропоновано засоби реалізації.

DIRECTIONS AND MEANS OF IMPROVING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTERPRISE IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article substantiates the necessity of formation and development of social responsibility of entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The problem of qualitative socio-psychological support increases every year. Lack of qualified personnel holds back innovative and, in the future, intellectual activity that can not guarantee the economic security of domestic enterprises.
The obstacles to the development of social responsibility, which simultaneously have a negative impact on the results of economic activity of enterprises, are highlighted. Problems of the formation of social responsibility arose primarily because of the lack of a system of strategic management of intellectual and personnel provision and understanding of the role and place of staff in achieving the strategic objectives of the enterprise.
The experience of individual countries in stimulating social responsibility of entrepreneurship is studied, which is especially important in the context of taking into account possible risks and threats for enterprises and the state in the short, medium and long term.
The preconditions that determine the level of social responsibility of the business sector in the state are identified. The importance of public administration bodies in stimulating domestic enterprises to form own packages of intangible assets is highlighted. The emphasis is on strengthening the direct relationship between the increase in the share of assets in intellectual property objects and other intangible assets and the growth of strategic competitive potential.
The internal and external aspects of economic growth of entrepreneurship in Ukraine, characterized by social compliance, are described. The main focus is on proving the dependence of stimulating the social responsibility of the enterprise on the quality of establishing social, labor and commercial relations with the staff. At the same time, the dynamism of social responsibility brings us to the conclusion that its development becomes an integral prerequisite for the enterprise's economic security.
