ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ІМІТАЦІЙНОГО МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ДЛЯ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ МІГРАЦІЙНИХ ПОТОКІВ

Анотація

У зв'язку з посиленням процесів глобалізації, трудова міграція набуває значних обсягів, що потребує поглибленого дослідження цього феномену, особливо для української економіки. Результатом міграції є зміна кон'юнктури ринку праці, що має суттєвий вплив на економічне зростання. Відповідно, така тематика набуває для України надзвичайної актуальності з огляду на особливості національного ринку праці та змін, що відбулись внаслідок зовнішньої політики з отриманням безвізового режиму з багатьма європейськими країнами. Для України найбільш актуальними проблемами, пов'язаними з міграцією, є відтік працездатного населення, що зменшує економічний потенціал країни та умови для економічного зростання. З іншого боку, зростання кількості грошових переказів українських емігрантів протягом останніх років сприяло зменшенню соціального тиску та збільшенню економічних можливостей для населення.
Метою дослідження є систематизація підходів щодо оцінки особливостей та інтенсивності впливу міграційних процесів на економічне зростання в Україні в середньостроковій та довгостроковій перспективах за допомогою розробленого авторського комплексу економіко-математичних макромоделей. На основі побудованих авторських імітаційних макромоделей буде проведено аналіз чутливості для визначення основних факторів, що впливають на прийняття рішень щодо зовнішньої та внутрішньої міграції, а також сценарний аналіз міграційних ризиків та впливу міграційних потоків на соціально-економічну стабільність української економіки та її економічне зростання.
У роботі проведено детальний економіко-статистичний та математичний аналіз визначення основних факторів, що впливають на прийняття рішень українським населенням різних вікових категорій та різного освітнього рівня щодо міграції, а також розроблено комплекс імітаційних макромоделей, які на відміну від існуючих аналогів враховують рівень тінізації української економіки та її додатковий можливий вплив на інтенсивність як зовнішніх, так і внутрішніх міграційних потоків. Крім того, реалізація побудованих моделей на реальній інформації дозволить визначити оптимальне співвідношення величини емігрантів до населення України, за якого набуває мінімуму негативний ефект від міграції.

THE USE OF IMITATION MODELING FOR THE RESEARCH OF MIGRATION FLOWS

Summary

In connection with the strengthening of globalization, migration reaches significant amounts requiring in-depth study of this phenomenon, especially for the Ukrainian economy. The result of movement is a change in the labor market situation, which has a significant impact on economic growth. Accordingly, this theme becomes of extraordinary importance for Ukraine due to the peculiarities of the national labor market and the changes that occurred as a result of a foreign policy to obtain visa-free regime with many European countries. For Ukraine, the most pressing problems associated with migration are the outflow of the able-bodied population, which reduces the economic potential of the country and the conditions for economic growth. On the other hand, the increase in the number of remittances of Ukrainian emigrants in recent years has contributed to reducing social pressures and increasing economic opportunities for the population.
The study aims to systematize approaches to assess the characteristics and intensity of the impact of migration on economic growth in Ukraine in the medium and long term by using the author developed complex mathematical economic macro-models. Based on macro-models built by copyright simulation sensitivity analysis will be conducted to determine the main factors influencing the decision-making on foreign and domestic migration and migration risk scenario analysis and the impact of migration flows on the social and economic stability of the Ukrainian economy and its growth.
The paper detailed economic and statistical and mathematical analysis identifying key factors that influence the decision-making Ukrainian the people of different ages and different educational level migration, and developed a set of simulation macro-models, which unlike existing analogues into account the level of shadowing Ukrainian economy and its possible additional influence on the intensity of both external and internal migration flows. Besides, the implementation of models built on real data will determine the optimal ratio of the value of immigrants to the population of Ukraine which takes minimum adverse effects of migration.
