КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ЛІСОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Анотація

У статті обгрунтовано та висвітлено теоретичні засади концептуальних підходів до діяльності лісогосподарських підприємств. До основних напрямів осучаснення лісового сектору слід віднести "зелену" економіку, "озеленення" лісового сектору, розробку та впровадження програмних лісів за допомогою новітніх комп'ютерних технологій. Але потрібна їхня імплементація до умов лісового господарства України, не відступаючи від стратегій запроваджених Державним агентством лісових ресурсів України. Адже значні резерви криються у підвищенні ефективності функціонування лісової галузі господарства за рахунок покращення діяльності в економіко-соціальній сфері. Концептуальні засади діяльності лісогосподарських підприємств повинні формуватись із урахуванням важливості ефективної системи моніторингу лісів, спрямованої на економічний, соціальний, екологічний, технологічний та політичний стан, а також систематичного впровадження результатів інноваційних процесів та їх постійний розвиток у забезпеченні розширеного відтворення, охорони, економічної та суспільної корисності.
У процесі дослідження використано метод наукової абстракції, індукції та дедукції, аналізу та синтезу (обгрунтування теоретико-методичних засад дослідження), монографічний метод (аналіз еволюції наукових здобутків українських й іноземних учених щодо розвитку лісогосподарських підприємств), емпіричний метод (щодо комплексної оцінки сучасного стану лісогосподарських підприємств), абстрактно-логічний (теоретичні узагальнення та формулювання висновків).
Набули подальшого розвитку концептуальні підходи до діяльності лісогосподарських підприємств, що дає можливість підвищити науковий рівень їх функціонування та адаптувати до сучасних умов господарювання.

CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO THE ACTIVITIES OF FORESTRY ENTERPRISES

Summary

The article substantiates and highlights the theoretical principles of conceptual approaches to the activity of forestry enterprises. The main directions of forest sector modernization should include the "green" economy, the "greening" of the forest sector, the development and implementation of programmed forests using the latest computer technologies. However, their implementation to the conditions of the forestry of Ukraine is necessary without deviating from the strategies introduced by the State Agency of Forest Resources of Ukraine. After all, significant reserves lie in the efficiency enhance of the forestry industry by improving the economic and social activities. Conceptual bases of forestry enterprises activity should be formed taking into account the importance of effective forest monitoring system aimed at economic, social, ecological, technological and political condition, as well as the systematic introduction of the results of innovative processes and their constant development in providing expanded reproduction, protection, economic and social benefits.
In the process of research the method of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis (foundation of theoretical and methodological principles of the research), monographic method (analysis of the evolution of scientific achievements of Ukrainian and foreign scientists on the development of forestry enterprises), the empirical method (concerning the complex assessment of the current state of forestry enterprises), abstract-logical (theoretical generalizations and formulation of conclusions).
Conceptual approaches to the activity of forest enterprises have been further developed, which gives possibility to increase the scientific level of their functioning and adapt to modern conditions of farming.
