ПОНЯТІЙНИЙ АПАРАТ ТА ЕТАПИ РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОЛОГІСТИКИ

Анотація

У статті обгрунтовано відсутність єдиного підходу щодо наукового визначення поняття "екологістика". Розглянуто сучасні трактування термінів "екологістика" та "екоперевезення", встановлено їх відмінність. Розкрито особливості формування та стан розвитку екологістики на транспорті. Сформовано загальні вихідні умови, які визначають впровадження підходів екологістики в процесі оптимізації товарних потоків під час формування ланцюгів поставок з метою зменшення екологічного впливу на навколишнє середовище. Використано історико-еволюційний метод дослідження в процесі теоретичних узагальнень наукових підходів щодо етапів розвитку еколог істики. Запропоновано розпочати впровадження принципів екологістики в стратегічних орієнтирах розвитку річкових та морських портів України, відповідно до світових трендів. Встановлено, що використання екологістики має прямий взаємозв'язок між всіма учасниками ринку транспортно-логістичних послуг, починаючи від постачальника сировини до кінцевого споживача, а кінцевою метою повинно стати створення транспортної стратегії розвитку з ринковим механізмом, що сприятиме вирішенню екологічних проблем та включатиме ресурсозберігаючі, кліматично й екологічно чисті, безпечні та безперебійні підходи в організації функціонування всієї транспортної системи країни. Зазначено деякі загальні питання щодо необхідних дій компаній, щоб зробити логістику екологічною. Зазначено, що ті учасники рику, які визначають "зелений бізнес" як комерційну діяльність, мінімізують вплив на довкілля та сприяють створенню максимально екологічно сприятливих умов життя для споживачів.

THE CONCEPTUAL APPARATUS AND STAGES OF ECOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT

Summary

The article substantiates the lack of a unified approach to the scientific definition of ecologistics. The contemporary interpretations of the terms "ecological logistics" and "ecotransport" are considered, their difference is established. The peculiarities of the formation and the state of development of ecology in transport are revealed. The general baseline conditions have been formed that determine the implementation of ecological logistics approaches in the process of optimization of commodity flows during the formation of supply chains with the aim of reducing the environmental impact on the environment. The historical-evolutionary method of research in the process of theoretical generalizations of scientific approaches concerning the stages of the development of ecology of is tics are used. It is proposed to introduce the principles of ecological logistics in strategic guidelines for the development of river and sea ports of Ukraine in accordance with world trends. It has been established that the use of ecological logistics has a direct relationship between all participants in the market of transport and logistics services, from the supplier of raw materials to the final consumer, and the ultimate goal should be the creation of a transport strategy for development with a market mechanism that will facilitate the resolution of environmental problems and will include resource-saving, climatic and environmentally friendly, safe and uninterrupted approaches to the organization of the operation of the entire transport system of the country. Some common questions about the company's actions are mentioned in order to make logistics environmentally friendly. It is noted that those participants in the rhythm that define the "green business" as a commercial activity, minimize the environmental impact and contribute to the creation of the most environmentally friendly living conditions for consumers. Modern tendencies in application of principles of ecology in practice are considered. It is established that a great deal depends on logistics and, accordingly, specialists in the field of transport logistics in the field of environmental protection. After all, transport is the second after the fuel and energy complex by the issuer of greenhouse gases.
