MODERN TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS AND TOURISM

Summary

In this article, we find out the current trends in the development of international economic relations and tourism. The analysis of the number of UNWTO member states in the regions of the world in 2017 has revealed that the main components of the globalization of international tourism can be called the expansion of international economic ties in tourism production, the growth of internationalization of factors of tourism production, the spread of transnational corporations in the tourism business. It has also been established that the international carriers have been distributing such a form of global partnerships of airlines, such as aviation alliances. The global triad Star Alliance, SkyTeam and Oneworld, which includes 52 large and medium-sized airlines (or 1.5% of the approximately 3,200 airlines in the world), have been formed in the world, which controls about 60% of world-wide passenger traffic with routing coverage in virtually all parts of the world: Asia, America, Africa, Europe, Australia and Oceania. It is established that in the course of the globalization of the global economy, organizational conditions in general and economic institutions in particular, where the public tourism institute occupies one of the leading positions, has become the basic actors that support the structuring of economic life in general on a global scale. The main difference between the regional distribution of tourism relations is that this activity is based on the cultural-historical and natural-geographical affinity of states, localities and competition in the market of services. This activity supports the propagation of cultural heritage and guarantees economic identity through appropriate preferences and protection within the institutional framework of its state, and its socio-economic impact may outweigh the potential negative impact of globalization tourism processes.

Keywords: globalization; hotel and restaurant business; enterprises; tourist service; tourism business.
