ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ІНСТИТУЦІЙНЕ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВОГО РИНКУ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

У статті досліджено інституційне забезпечення формування ефективних механізмів функціонування різних секторів економіки та доведено необхідність реалізації інституційних змін у діяльності фінансового ринку. Визначено роль фінансових інститутів у забезпеченні ефективного функціонування фінансового ринку та розкрито напрями підвищення ефективності його регулювання. Обгрунтовано склад зовнішнього інституційного середовища фінансового ринку, розглянуто механізм державного регулювання, виокремлено переваги та недоліки. Розкрито сутність внутрішньої інституційної структури, доведено необхідність її удосконалення, визначено можливості запровадження організаційно-інституційного підходу до регулювання фінансового ринку в Україні, охарактеризовано умови формування організаційно-інституційного механізму. Представлено пріоритетні завдання держави щодо зміцнення організаційно-інституційних положень регулювання фінансового ринку з метою сприяння фінансовій стабільності.

ORGANIZATIONAL AND INSTITUTIONAL FEATURES OF REGULATION OF THE FINANCIAL MARKET IN UKRAINE

Summary

The article analyzes the institutional support for the formation of effective mechanisms of functioning of various sectors of the economy and proves the necessity of implementing institutional changes in the activity of the financial market. The role of financial institutions in ensuring the effective functioning of the financial market and the ways of increasing the efficiency of its regulation are revealed. The structure of the external institutional environment of the financial market is substantiated, the mechanism of state regulation is considered, advantages and disadvantages are outlined. The essence of the internal institutional structure is revealed, the necessity of its improvement is proved, the possibilities of introduction of organizational-institutional approach to the regulation of financial market in Ukraine are determined, the conditions of formation of organizational-institutional mechanism are described. Present the priority tasks of the state to strengthen the institutional and institutional provisions of financial market regulation in order to promote financial stability.
