STUDY OF STATE AND TRENDING TRANSFORMATIONS OF HUMAN CAPACITY IN THE REGION
Summary
The article investigates the state and tendentious transformations of human potential in the region. The main components of the geodemographic process are indicators of natural and migratory population growth. The analysis of these indicators expands the prognostic capabilities of the basic characteristics of the formation of human potential of the territory and is an important component of the complex analysis of human potential.
Migration movement of the population characterizes its movement, both within the state and between individual countries. The mechanical movement of the population significantly affects the formation and implementation of human potential of the regions.
The research confirms that fertility and mortality rates in the region in general correlate with indicators of natural population growth. The results of the analysis of these indicators show negative tendencies in reducing fertility rates and increasing mortality rates, especially in the productive age population.
