ТЕОРЕТИЧНЕ ОБГРУНТУВАННЯ СУТНОСТІ ТА ВЛАСТИВОСТЕЙ ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Наведено теоретичне обгрунтування сутності та властивостей потенціалу підприємства. Встановлено, що потенціал — це багатозначний термін, який може вживатись у багатьох галузях знань (зокрема економіці) та на різних рівнях (держави, підприємства, окремої людини). Запропоновано потенціал розглядати як сукупність можливостей, ресурсів, засобів, які можуть бути використані в певний період часу для досягнення визначеної мети, здійснення певних дій. Узагальнюючи дослідження науковців виділено такі класифікаційні ознаки потенціалу: за рівнем оцінки, за галузевою ознакою, за елементним складом, за рівнем абстрагованості, за функціональною сферою, за спрямованістю діяльності, за спектром врахованих можливостей. Термін "потенціал підприємства" пропонується визначати як стан його внутрішнього середовища, сукупність ресурсів, потужностей, інших резервів, можливостей, які створюють підгрунтя до розвитку, отримання визначених результатів, забезпечення бажаної ефективності діяльності підприємства, підвищення конкурентоспроможності й досягнення його цілей. Виділено властивості потенціалу підприємства, до яких віднесено: цілісність, структурованість та складність, динамічність, часова обмеженість, синергетичність, гнучкість та адаптивність, інноваційність.

THEORETICAL SUBSTANTIATION OF THE ESSENCE AND PROPERTIES OF THE ENTERPRISE POTENTIAL
Summary
Here is given the theoretical justification of the essence and characteristics of the enterprise's potential. It was determined that potential is multi-valued term which can be used in many branches of knowledges (in particular in the economics) and on the different levels ( state, business and private person). It is proposed to consider potential as a totality of possibilities, resources and means which can be used in a certain period of time to achieve the estimated goal and making certain action. Summarizing scientific researches, it has been distinguished the following classification signs of the potential:
— by the level of evaluation;
— by the branch of industry;
— by the structure of elements;
— by the abstraction level;
— by the functional sphere;
— by the direction of business;
— by the spectrum of considered opportunities.
We propose to determine the term " potential of enterprise" as the state of its internal environment, totality of resources, capacities and other reserves, possibilities which create the basis for development, receiving estimated results, providing desired efficiency, increasing competitiveness and achieving its aims. It has been distinguished such characteristics of the potential of enterprise as: integrity, structuredness and complexity, dynamism, time limits, synergism, flexibility and adaptability, innovativeness.
