ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПЕРСОНАЛУ В БУДІВНИЦТВІ І ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Досліджено основні тенденції розвитку ринку праці у будівельній та промисловій сферах господарювання України за останніх сім років. Сформовано перелік показників для оцінювання ефективності діяльності персоналу на підприємствах. На основі статистичних даних здійснено розрахунок результативності персоналу на будівельних і промислових підприємствах в Україні за 2010—2016 рр. Окрему увагу приділено особливостям функціонування персоналу на великих, середніх і малих будівельних підприємствах. Проаналізовано матеріальне забезпечення персоналу в будівництві і промисловості в Україні. Оцінено віддачу персоналу у вигляді обсягу реалізованої продукції (робіт, послуг), капітальних інвестицій на будівельних і промислових підприємствах. Здійснено порівняння сильних та слабких сторін результативності діяльності персоналу в аналізованих видах економічної діяльності в Україні. Виявлено ключові проблеми розвитку ринку праці в будівництві і промисловості.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF PERSONNEL EFFECTIVENESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRY OF UKRAINE
Summary
In the article, the main tendencies of the labor market development in the construction and industrial spheres of the economy of Ukraine are investigated. The author has formed a list of indicators for estimation the effectiveness of personnel activities at enterprises. Based on statistical data, the calculation of the personnel effectiveness at construction and industrial enterprises in Ukraine for 2010—2016 has been made. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities of the functioning of personnel at large, medium and small construction enterprises. The material support of personnel in construction and industry in Ukraine is analyzed. However, the impact of personnel in the form of a volume of sales of products (works, services), capital investment in construction and industrial enterprises are evaluated. The author has made a comparison the strengths and weaknesses of the personnel effectiveness in the analyzed types of economic activity in Ukraine. The key problems of the labor market development in construction and industry are revealed.
