МЕТОДИ РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ТА ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ СТРУКТУРИ КАПІТАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
У статті розглянуто необхідність формування оптимального співвідношення між структурними елементами капіталу підприємства. Визначено концептуальні групи методів регулювання та оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства: нормативно-коефіцієнтні, однокритеріальні та багатокритеріальні. Виявлено позитивні і негативні чинники впливу на формування раціональної структури капіталу суб'єктів господарювання і оптимальне значення його показників. Встановлено, що ефективність управління капіталом значною мірою залежить від вибору методів та методичних підходів до оптимізації та формування структури капіталу, а також обраної політики фінансування активів.

METHODS OF REGULATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF ENTERPRISE CAPITAL STRUCTURE
Summary
The article considers the necessity of forming the optimal correlation between the structural elements of enterprise capital. The conceptual groups of methods of regulation and optimization of the capital structure of the enterprise are defined: normative-coefficient, one-criterial and multi-criteria ones. Positive and negative factors influencing the formation of a rational capital structure of economic entities and optimal value of its indicators were revealed. It has been established that the efficiency of capital management depends to a large extent on the choice of methods and methodological approaches to optimization and formation of the capital structure, as well as the chosen policy of asset financing.
