МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ОЦІНКИ РЕСУРСНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

Анотація

У статті досліджено та визначено поняття терміну "ресурсний потенціал сільськогосподарського підприємства". Проаналізовано теоретико-методичні підходи щодо методи оцінки використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Розглянуто оціночні показники і параметри якісної оцінки складових ресурсного потенціалу підприємства. Визначено, що оцінка використання ресурсного потенціалу підприємства дозволяє виявити резерви в його виробничо-господарської діяльності.
Встановлено, що процес використання ресурсного потенціалу характеризують такі параметри, як продуктивність і ефективність. Продуктивність забезпечує оцінку використання кожної групи ресурсів конкретним показником, а ефективність допомагає оцінити рівень його системного використання.
Запропоновано інноваційну модель оцінки ресурсного потенціалу сільськогосподарського підприємства. Принцип, запропонованих нами методичних основ оцінки ресурсного потенціалу, полягає в розрахунку інтегральної кількісної оцінки із застосуванням таксонометричного методу, що показує ступінь відхилення реальних показників організації від віртуальної еталонної моделі.
Розроблено методику проведення оцінки фактичного рівня ресурсного потенціалу сільськогосподарського підприємства для удосконалення ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу з метою оптимального соціально-економічного розвитку сільськогосподарського підприємства.

MODELING OF THE RESOURCE POTENTIAL ASSESSMENT ON AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

Summary

In Article investigate and define the notion of the term "resource potential of an agricultural enterprise". The theoretical and methodical approaches concerning methods of estimation of the use of the resource potential of the enterprise are analyzed. The estimated indicators and parameters of the qualitative estimation of components of the resource potential of the enterprise are considered. It is determined that the estimation of the use of the resource potential of the enterprise allows us to identify the reserves in its production and economic activity.
It is established that the process of using resource potential is characterized by such parameters as productivity and efficiency.
Productivity provides an estimate of the use of each resource group by a specific indicator, and effectiveness helps to assess the level of its system use. An innovative model of estimation of the resource potential of an agricultural enterprise is offered. The principle, proposed by us for the methodological foundations of resource potential, is in the calculation integral quantitative evaluation with the use of taxonomic method, which shows the degree of deviation of the real indicators of the organization from the virtual reference model.
The method of conducting an assessment of the actual level of the resource potential of the agricultural enterprise for improving the efficiency of the use of the resource potential for the optimal socio-economic development of the agricultural enterprise has been developed.
