Анотація
Інноваційна активність підприємств є вагомим чинником розвитку економіки в цілому, особливо якщо економіка знаходиться у кризовому стані. Однак при цьому і підприємства, і держава мають обмежені ресурси для забезпечення дієвості, застосування всіх можливих інструментів інноваційної політики. За цих умов особливого значення набуває селекція інструментів інноваційної політики.
Статтю присвячено селекції інструментів інноваційної політики промислових підприємств з урахуванням можливості конфліктності чи мультиплікації їх дії. Об'єктом дослідження є механізм реалізації інноваційної політики промислових підприємств, виходячи із специфіки її реалізації на макро- та мікрорівнях.
У статті представлено декомпозицію інструментів інноваційної політики промислових підприємств з урахуванням їх конфліктності та мультиплікації дії. Сформовано групи неконфліктуючих інструментів на макро- та мікрорівнях у відповідності до політик "технологічного поштовху" та "наздоганяючого розвитку".

Summary
Innovative activity of enterprises is the important able factor of development of economy on the whole, especially if an economy is in the crisis state. However here enterprises and state have the limited resources for providing of effectiveness of all application of all possible instruments of innovative politics. Subject to the condition these the special value the selection of instruments of innovative politics acquires.
The article is devoted to the selection of instruments of innovative politics of industrial enterprises taking into decomposition or multiplication of their action. The mechanism of realization of innovative politics of industrial enterprises is a research object, going out from the specific of its realization on macro- and micro- levels.
In the article the decoupling of instruments of innovative politics of industrial enterprises is represented taking into account their decomposition or multiplication of action. The groups of unconflicting instruments are formed on macro- and micro- levels in accordance to politician of "technological shove" and "go after what to development".
