СПЕЦИФІЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ КАТЕГОРІЇ ФІНАНСИ ДОМОГОСПОДАРСТВ

Анотація

Досліджено сутність фінансів домогосподарств, розглянуто категорії домогосподарства та фінанси домогосподарства як об'єктивні економічні категорії. Розглянуто домогосподарства як окрему сферу фінансової системи України, що здійснюють активний вплив на розвиток вітчизняної економіки. Охарактеризовано стан фінансів домогосподарств, їх роль у системі економічних відносин. Дослідження фінансів домогосподарств як складової частини теорії про фінанси. Визначено складові, що формують загальне розуміння сутності фінансів домогосподарств. Виділено основні джерела фінансових ресурсів домогосподарств та проведено аналіз їх структури. Досліджено основні функції домогосподарств як окремої сфери фінансової системи. Охарактеризовано принципи, які повинні обумовлювати відносини у сфері фінансів домогосподарств. Визначено вплив державної політики на повноту реалізації домогосподарствами свого внутрішнього потенціалу та виділено недоліки вітчизняної політики щодо домогосподарств.

SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE CATEGORY HOUSEHOLD FINANCES

Summary

The paper investigates the nature of household finance, considers the categories of household and household finance as objective economic entities and studies households as a separate sphere of financial system of Ukraine, which has substantial impact on the development of national economy. We characterized the current state of household finances and their role in the system of economic affairs. In this research we defined the main constituents, that form the general understanding of the nature of household finance. We identified the main sources of household financial recourses and analyzed their structure. The paper investigates the main functions of households as a separate branch of financial system, characterizes the principles that should determine affairs in the sphere of household finance, identifies the impact of state economy on the fullness of realization of the inner potential of households and identifies the drawbacks of Ukrainian policy concerning households.
