Анотація

В умовах фінансово-економічної кризи та політичної нестабільності в Україні спостерігається дисбаланс між показниками забезпеченням персоналом і його навантаженням в готельних підприємствах України. Обгрунтовано питання оцінки показників продуктивності праці персоналу з врахуванням галузевої специфіки підприємств готельного господарства, встановлено, що об'єктивна оцінка спрямовується на виявлення мотивів, що спонукають до високопродуктивної праці, сприятиме вдосконаленню її організації, створенню обгрунтованої системи матеріального та нематеріального стимулювання як окремого працівника, так і колективу в цілому у відповідності до кількості та якості затраченої праці, на основі індивідуальних здатностей працівників. Доведено, що продуктивність праці персоналу підприємств готельного господарства України в регіонах залежить від кількості готелів, середньої місткості одного готелю, відносної зміни середньооблікової кількості штатних працівників готелів, частки іноземців відносно загальної кількості приїжджих, укомплектованості приїжджих персоналом готелю. продуктивність праці персоналу підприємств готельного господарства України в регіонах залежить від місткості готелю, складу його номерного фонду та завантаження персоналу.

PRODUCTIVITY OF PEOPLE WORKING IN THE HOTEL INDUSTRY UKRAINE

Summary

The most important condition of entering the hotel service quality indicators is that adequate human resources, bringing its number, qualifications and structures in compliance with the current level of drilling tourism. This primarily involves measures to improve organizational and economic conditions in the industry. That comes to creating the necessary organizational and financial conditions for the development of this sphere and professional work in it, to play and tide staff in the required quantity and quality for professional staff.
As the financial and economic crisis and political instability in Ukraine there is an imbalance between the indicators of the staff and its load in hotel enterprises of Ukraine. It is therefore extremely important at this time is the introduction of modern methods and approaches to the formation of the staff of the hotel business, new standards of hotel service with positions regulation requirements for personnel, to the improvement of material incentives. The purpose of the article is to study the productivity of people working in the hotel industry of Ukraine and identifying key issues in this process. Grounded the assessment of performance indicators of staff with regard to the specific sector of hotel management, found that an objective assessment aimed at identifying the reasons that motivate to effective work, will improve its organization, creating a sound system of material and non-material incentives as the individual worker and the team as a whole according to the quantity and quality of labor spent, based on individual abilities of employees. Proved that the productivity of people working in the hotel industry in Ukraine regions depends on the number of hotels, the average capacity of a hotel, the relative change in the average number of staff accommodation, the proportion of foreigners relative to the total number of visitors visiting completeness of the property. productivity of people working in the hotel industry in Ukraine regions depends on the capacity of the hotel, part of his room stock and loading personnel.
