РОЛЬ ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ У ФОРМУВАННІ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНИХ ІНСТИТУТІВ ФІНАНСОВОГО РИНКУ

Анотація

У статті досліджено роль державного регулювання у формуванні інформаційних інститутів фінансового ринку. Визначено, що сучасний фінансовий ринок як комунікативна система не може існувати без інформаційних інститутів. Вони закладають основу поведінки економічних агентів, координують і узгоджують їх дії. Доведено, що держава може бути регулятором функціонування інформаційних інститутів на рівні базових інститутів, інституційних форм та інфраструктури.

THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT REGULATION IN SHAPING THE INFORMATION OF FINANCIAL MARKET INSTITUTIONS

Summary

This paper investigates the role of government regulation in shaping the information of financial market institutions. Determined that the current financial market as a communicative system can not exist without information institutions. They lay the groundwork behavior of economic agents, co-ordinate and harmonize their actions. It is shown that the state may control operation of information institutions at the level of basic institutions, institutional forms and infrastructure.
